I was really happy to meet you all in Italy and have such a great time. Many thanks to our Italian friends for making that meeting possible. As you wrote Lucia- there were many moving moments. And besides- it proved that impossible is nothing. What had been only an idea on a piece of paper became real in Italy. I keep recalling all best moments with my students who also claim this was one of the best exchanges they have ever been to:))

Hello Lucia,
Thanks for your kind words. We had a good trip home and arrived at 2.30 at Broekhin.
We had a beautiful week in Ventimiglia and I agree with you when you say that what the pupils and we as teachers learned is something that cannot be learned from a book. I listened to the CD and enjoyed to hear the concert again; I also look forward to the DVD! You did a wonderful job in Italy and I will never forget the warm welcome and the hospitality we enjoyed! The programme was good, the pupils enjoyed the rehearsals and the concerts. Illona was even sorry on Thursday that they wouldn't play together anymore. That is a compliment, isn't it?
Well, we'll keep in touch! Bye for now.

Dear Comenius friends, welcome back home, I hope the journey was ok and not too boring.
This was a very exciting week for me and I think also for the pupils. Now we are back to the "normality" but the memoirs of our meeting and specially of the concert will stay in my heart.
The meeting of 4 nationality teach us and our pupils a lot more of any academic books about friendship, communications and tolerance. It is not easy, but I think we did a good job!

TAKE FIVE

il Progetto Comenius “TAKE FIVE” finanzia lo scambio di esperienze didattiche fra quattro Scuole della comunità europea intorno alle pratiche della musica d’insieme. Oltre alla nostra Scuola partecipano i college di Castrop (Germania) e Roermond (Olanda) e il Conservatorio di Lodzt (Polonia).
Il progetto è appena al suo inizio e da un primo incontro con gli altri partners risulta l’esigenza di organizzare altri incontri che si svolgeranno nei paesi delle Scuole partecipanti nei prossimi anni usando naturalmente l’inglese come lingua di comunicazione.
